CLIENT BRIEF

● We will work with you to determine the material and design requirements for your stairs

● Floor plans, any relevant images, and a description of the project will allow us to perfectly design your custom stairway

GET A QUOTE

● You will receive an individual project quote

● The materials used are determined, in full consultation with you, based on your budget and preference. Our sales and planning team will go through all of the options with you.

TIMING

● Typically, stairs are installed within 4-6 weeks of receiving the deposit. However, for bigger or more complex projects, lead times will change

● We will keep you informed of the progress of your job with regular updates

Repairs

Elegance Stairs do undertake repair of existing stairs. This will involve an initial site visit to assess the problem prior to an agreement or provision of quote
